George Wyhinny, the current managing director of Baby Tattoo, is Ukrainian. He has been actively involved in the Ukrainian Diaspora since he was a boy. Among other Ukrainian boards and organizations, he was the Vice President of The Ukrainian Culture Center of Los Angeles (UCC) for 2 years. The UCC has been involved in assisting Ukraine during the Russian War since 2014, and 100% of your purchase will go to the UCC. You can read more about their accomplishments in the images.

This year, Baby Tattoo and Brian Kesinger are generously donating their time and talents to help raise funds for the UCC.

About the artist: Brian Kesinger is an Annie award winning story artist, illustrator and author. His 20+ year career at Disney has spanned both hand drawn and cg animated films from Tarzan to Frozen 2. In addition to Brian’s film work, he has also become a celebrated author and illustrator.

Brian Kesinger has created this limited edition print called “Playing for Peace.” The print is 11x14. Brian masterfully incorporates elements of Ukrainian Culture: the stork: Ukraine’s national bird, wearing traditional Ukrainian clothing; the bandura: a uniquely Ukrainian instrument, while playing among stalks of wheat: fields of wheat cover the Ukrainian landscape.
